US Shipping

Standard delivery: FREE shipping on all US orders over $100 and $6.99 for orders under $100 (Tracked 5-8 business days)

Please note: We're not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender-so check that info twice!

Returns

Please note: we can only refund products that were purchased directly from our website [www.hollyandbeau.com] and require a valid order number and confirmation of purchase. We cannot accept returns or refunds for items purchased from third parties. 

We are happy to refund any item (including sales items) within 30 days from the date of dispatch, if for any reason you change your mind (subject to our terms and conditions). Please email us at info@hollyandbeau to arrange a return.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags still attached.

Returns Fee

A flat return fee of $8.00 per return shipment will be applied for all returns regardless of reason.  The returns fee of $8.00 will then be deducted from the refunded balance. You will receive an email once the return is completed.

We don't offer exchanges. The product will need to be returned and you will need to place a new order. 

Christmas Extended Returns Policy

Items purchased online from 31st October will benefit from our extended Christmas returns policy. You will have until 16th January 2026 to return your item to our returns address.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be inspected and credited to your account/card, this may be slightly delayed during busy periods, such as January.

Refunds

Within 3 working days of receiving your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that your payment method has been refunded.

Please note that it can take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time.

You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products, but you will not receive a refund of the original delivery charges or cost of returning the products to us (unless the products were faulty).
