Do you offer wholesale

Can I modify or cancel my order if ithasn’t been shipped?
Yes of course, please email info@hollyandbeau.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t
been dispatched yet we can modify or cancel your order. Order changes or cancellations can only be accepted
if your order has not already been dispatched.
How much is shipping?
Domestic shipping is free on all US orders over $100 and $8.95 for orders under $100 (5-7 business days)
Where does Holly & Beau ship from?
All orders are shipped from the UK via FedEx Express. Depending on the state delivery usually takes 5-7 days.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued to your account within 3 business days of receipt (not including transit time for the item to arrive back to us). Credits may take up to an additional 5 business days to show on your account.
The Item I purchased is now on sale, can you refund the difference?
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the price difference if an item has been reduced after the order has been made.

How does the colour change work?
It’s Magic! Our items change color when they come into contact with water, returning back to the original color once dry. This process is repeated each time. There is no shelf life, please follow the wash instructions to keep the magic.
Is the Color-Changing safe?
Yes, all of our items are safe and are made using Oeko-Tex certified inks and dyes. All of our items have been tested to strict global trading standards.
Does Holly & Beau have any stores?
We currently have no stores and sell exclusively online
