Yes of course, please email info@hollyandbeau.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet we can modify or cancel your order. Order changes or cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not already been dispatched.

Domestic shipping is free on all US orders over $120 and $7.95 for orders under $120 (5-7 business days)

All orders placed before 5pm GMT are shipped the same day. Orders placed after shipping cut off time will ship the following business day. Orders placed Friday after 5pm will ship on the following Monday.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Northampton, UK.

Refunds will be issued to your account within 3 working days of receipt (not including transit time for the item to arrive back to us). Credits may take up to an additional 5 business days to show on your account.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the price difference if an item has been reduced after the order has been made.

How does the colour change work?

Yes, all of our items are safe and are made using water based inks. All of our items have been tested to strict global trading standards.
